First Mess submitted by SBNB on August 9, 2017, 9:48pm This cookbook is vegan, I believe. I have nothing against vegan food, but I wasn’t looking for a vegan cookbook. I was looking for plant-based meals, not plant-only meals. In any case, this cookbook has some delicious sounding recipes, especially some of the soups and stews.
