Gives New Perspective to Daily Life submitted by annikajoyce on July 12, 2019, 11:12pm I REALLY like this book. It's written in small, easily-readable chapters. Each chapter focuses on one concept (e.g., being present or more attentive, being grateful for little things, etc.). The author is relatable and real. Overall, a worthwhile read, and I will be thinking about ideas proposed in this book for a long time.
