Cute, Quick Read

I liked how the book was laid out, by Dewey Decimal classification. However, the title structure was awful. I absolutely loved the last patron interaction, but balked at how so many policies were broken. And I wish there were more positive interactions sprinkled throughout the various silly, absurd, and enraging interactions. Other than those things, it was a cute, quick read for anyone who has worked in libraries, or even the customer service industry.
