Best for students? submitted by mgabbieb on June 14, 2023, 8:49am I didn’t find it super helpful as a dancer trying to understand more about their body (as the summary recommended). Mostly just descriptions of individual muscles, joints, etc. I would have liked to see more information about how systems of muscles and joints work together or how they respond to specific types of movement
