One of my favorite picture books ever submitted by cherylo on July 26, 2011, 10:33pm This is a great read-aloud for preschool and up. Do be a little careful when you get to the parts where the Little Red Hen says "Cluck" or you might burst out laughing or ahem not quite say it right. :) It's got a great message about making things up to someone, not like the original tale in which the non-participating animals do not get to share in the product of the Red Hen's work.
