Classic and New Dishes submitted by Meginator on August 27, 2017, 6:08pm This cookbook has a nice mixture of classic and basic recipes and recipes that borrow from many international cuisines, and it also introduces a range of ways to use an Instant Pot (or, really, any electric pressure cooker). The recipes were tried turned out quite well and working your way through this book could be a good way to learn about the Instant Pot's functions. The cooking charts at the end of the book are particularly useful to readers who are new to pressure cookers.
