Fun Read for Fixer Upper Fans! submitted by kdekleine on June 29, 2017, 10:31pm This book is a fun read for Fixer Upper fans. It's light and easy, perfect for somebody not looking for heavy read. The book is co-authored by the house-fixing couple, with Chip and Joanna's voice each being portrayed by a different font -- an organizational style I appreciated. As I read their narrative, I felt like it matched their voice on the show. This book was interesting, and shared bits of their life including how they met, their early life together, Chip's many ventures, how Joanna became a designer, and how they ended up with a show. I learned much about this inspiring couple in their book, and enjoyed my time breezing through their chapters.

The Magnolia Story submitted by avrogers1 on July 15, 2017, 11:10pm I really enjoy their show Fixer Upper and I really enjoyed this book. It was just so... them! I could hear their voices in my head as I was reading. It was well written and easy to follow.

The Magnolia Story submitted by lgoff on August 6, 2020, 1:43pm Highly recommend this autobiography for any Fixer Upper fans. Joanna and Chip's voices really come through. While it may no be high-level writing on their behalf, their message is inspiring, and overall, leaves readers with a glimmer of optimism.
