Boom Boom is better... submitted by camelsamba on August 21, 2011, 9:25pm We didn't like this nearly as much as his "Chicka, Chicka, Boom, Boom!" The rhymes feel more forced and it's just not as much fun.
Cute Numbers Book submitted by ks1287 on June 22, 2013, 8:33pm I agree with the previous reviewer that several of the rhymes feel forced (70's hair is long and sandy??), but it's still a cute number book. My daughter is big into counting at the moment and she's had fun with this book.
Chicka Chicka What What? submitted by tomiwa on June 27, 2013, 4:55pm I didn't read it but I will take heed of the warnings of the previous reviewers.
Agreed submitted by AprilCDB on March 4, 2014, 1:54pm Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is much better, but my son likes all the numbers in this book. There's no song on the CD to go along with this either.
If Your Kid Loves Chicka Chicka Boom Boom... submitted by Sara W on August 29, 2015, 8:38pm Then you'll end up checking this out because it continues in a similar theme. And that's fine. It's not terrible. It just proved pretty difficult to match the great rhymes and storytelling of Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. I don't find many counting books that go all the way up to 100, so that was a benefit. The end pages with their bright numbers were fun to count together and the illustrations and big numbers were eye-catching, even if the story and rhythms couldn't really match up to its alphabetical predecessor.
good submitted by poptart887 on July 6, 2016, 6:26am i agree that chicka chicka boom boom is better. that did not stop my daughter from loving it almost as much.
