Boggle those minds submitted by FordAlpha on August 23, 2022, 10:08pm This appealing picture book delivers on its promise; my kids (6, 8, 10) were indeed fascinated and mindblown by the number-stories presented. Reminiscent of Randall Munroe's science writing (webcomic XKCD and such titles as "What If? Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions"), "Mind-Boggling Numbers" takes the form of questions from kids to Ms. Mary Math and her crazily complete answers. Young kids probably won't learn much in the way of practical math skills, but hopefully they'll soak up the can-do problem-solving vibe of this fun book.
