I wanted to like it, but... submitted by sara on June 26, 2014, 3:49pm Most of the projects are not anything the average woman should or could wear. There are some techniques- such as painting your shoes or adding gold leaf to heels which are good.

Uninspiring submitted by ssands on June 26, 2015, 3:18pm The photography in this book is excellent, which is part of why I checked it out. A well-produced DIY book! But when I looked at the projects more closely, they were not things that I wanted to wear and I felt like the alterations actually ruin some of the clothes.

Not quite interesting submitted by comet on June 22, 2018, 7:47pm The cover and page design are spectaculr, but however most of the DIY projects in this book aren't exactly wearable for the normal girl or woman. I wouldn't really reccommend this book.

The projects doable but not appealing submitted by ccrose on October 11, 2019, 1:32pm More clever than beautiful. Some of them could be rethought and better materials could make them more stylish. Seems like ideas a very young woman might like. Don’t think most could hold up long.
