I think I'm the first person, though, who will say that I wish there were MORE stories included between the recipes. I was hoping for more insight into the baking and recipe development process, more like the blog than a straight recipe book. These recipes are great, though, and those birthday cake cookies are some of the very best cookies I have ever eaten.
