Less about root cellaring, more about food preservation submitted by AndAReaderToo on August 9, 2022, 10:18pm This isn’t a book all about root cellaring. In fact, that’s only about 1/10th of the book. That said, it is fairly comprehensive in covering plenty of ways to preserve foods, from fruits and veggies to meat, dairy, and eggs. It has basic info on the techniques, and then gives specifics on individual foods or groups of foods (ie berries).
