Inspiring Dreams of Space submitted by KPNF on August 26, 2017, 5:22am My five-year old son enjoyed this book which tells of how a young boy overcomes his fear of the dark in his room at night. (He grows up to be an astronaut!)

One warning though: there are whimsical, scary creatures in the illustrations (presumably what the little boy imagined when he was fearful). If your child is younger or more easily shaken by such images, you may not want to read it before bed or at all if your child does imagine monsters, etc. at night. But for an older child these little creatures might be a hoot!
