Really great recipes submitted by echternk on June 17, 2015, 10:32am This book has great recipes for jam, pickles, etc. I'm especially fond of the strawberry vanilla jam - I made it with Michigan strawberries and everyone loved it. This book is on my to buy list. I highly recommend trying it out for your canning - you'll want to buy it too.
