Cute and good ideas submitted by ssmyth on July 16, 2013, 10:57am I found out about this book through the summer game and thought - hey.... we are always saying we should find something to do with all of this cat hair!! Now that I have read the book, I have some things I can do with it! I especially like the idea of the finger puppets. Very clear step by step instructions are given as well as lots of cute comments about how to brush you cat and a warning not to over brush them just so you can do more crafts. I will definitely be trying this out!

Not only does it provide step by step instructions, but makes the case for using cat hair. It addresses the possible grossness factor, pointing out that we use animal hair products all the time, like wool, comparing the hair of the cats and sheep. I'm looking forward to making my first cat felt finger puppet!

Cute and Funny submitted by sara on July 20, 2014, 10:00am I checked this book out as a joke for a friend who has too much cat hair hanging around, but the book is surprisingly interesting and funny. For example the instruction that this activity is not recommended for people with cat allergies. I wouldn't want to actually use cat hair, but some of the projects in the book are quite cute and could be made with regular felt.
