I'm Vegeterian submitted by sara on July 13, 2016, 1:58pm I'm vegetarian and I love Middle-Eastern food, but I only found a couple of recipes in this book that were new or different.

Chickpeas, and more chickpeas, with a side of lentils submitted by willow on May 17, 2017, 8:40pm If you are looking for ways to get chickpeas into your diet, this is the book for you! The humble legume is well represented. There are few recipes that have neither chickpeas nor lentils.

(I am not joking.)

Gorgeous Recipes submitted by howarde on August 8, 2019, 1:12pm This is one of the most mouth-watering cookbooks I have encountered. The photos are lovely, the stories endearing, and the recipes are simple, healthy, and tasty.
