Very Involved submitted by Meginator on June 12, 2021, 9:37am This book is, as I understand it, a bit of a classic, insofar as it explores a philosophy of breadmaking as much as it presents individual recipes. We didn’t end up making any of the breads from this book because they take much more time than other recipes in our regular rotation and we didn’t have any dry milk on hand, but I appreciated the depth in the front matter. This book is probably best suited to experienced bread bakers who want to expand their repertoire, or a beginner with a lot of time and patience for the art of breadmaking.
