COMMUNITY REVIEWS
laid back eating submitted by ssands on August 16, 2013, 9:55pm It is basically an anti-diet book. The author believes that children who have not been pressured to eat or to eat particular healthy foods will instinctively choose a reasonable diet. She worked with adults with eating disorders. Her suggestions for how to feed children seem to be based on trying to avoid such disorders, by making eating very low stress. Generalizing from an adult population with a pathology, to all people doesn't seem like a valid approach.
