Nice Graphics, But... submitted by sdunav on July 4, 2012, 8:20pm ...the text leaves a little to be desired, in my opinion. Maybe because I can't help comparing it to Richard Mabey's book "Weeds", which lacks the nice graphic layout and illustrations this book has, but has such beautiful prose you don't miss the pictures.

If you're interested in weed eradication - mostly in lawns and gardens, and from a very British perspective (in terms of species) -then this is worth checking out. But if you're interested in foraging, history, medicinal uses, etc. - there are many better alternatives.
