A good summer read submitted by mowjac on July 5, 2012, 9:15pm This book is entertaining enough for the drive up to the cabin, or an international flight. In fact, it is perfect for that. I liked the characters, a P.I. and her partner, and his friend, another P.I. tremendously and the snappy patter reminded me favorably of Robert Parker. The plot on the other hand...completely forgettable. Great as a beach read, don't expect anything more.
Dippy Dialog submitted by mandevil on August 4, 2020, 6:02pm An ok mystery but weighted down by dialog trying much too hard to be cute
