surprisingly good submitted by rats on March 31, 2010, 3:30pm This book is written almost like a journal with 1-3 page chapters devoted to an idea or experience. I was surprised at how much I appreciated it. I didn't have the same experience Lynch has had with Transcendental Meditation, but I've read the literature about how beneficial it is physically. I enjoyed his affirmation of personal voice and creativity.
Lynch submitted by jaegerla on May 17, 2010, 1:28pm This is a collection of brief insights by director David Lynch. In it he gives a solid argument for the benefits of transcendental meditation. Plus it's fun to hear Lynch's comments on film and the movie industry.
