Attention CSI junkies submitted by SarahRose on December 30, 2009, 8:41am Kathy Reichs is a great choice for those CSI addicts out there. Her novels even inspired their own investigative tv show, Bones. All the Temperance Brennan thrillers are fast-paced and marked by authenticity because of Reich's background as a professor of anthropology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and as a forensic anthropologist in North Carolina and Quebec. This one in particular shows that she is maturing as a novelist and acting as an advocate for her profession in her fiction.
