Helpful Book submitted by Beth Manuel on June 23, 2016, 12:00pm The title piqued my interest: Smart but scattered. There was a helpful quiz that can identify one's executive strengths and weaknesses. There's actually a name for something I've been known to exhibit but never knew what to call it except "blurting": Response Inhibition! Likewise with metacognition- a deficit area for me. So, I do hope to work on my weaknesses; expand my strengths and use the brain I have to get organized at work and home.
