tangled plot submitted by camelsamba on August 12, 2018, 10:30pm The plot in this story is quite tangled: so many nationalities, so many possible motives, so many untrustworthy people. Katherine alone is untouched - in the end she just wants to go back to St Mary Meade and help people. (If that place sounds familiar, maybe it's because that's where Miss Marple lives. Does Katherine appear in any of her stories?)
A solid book in the Hercule Poirot series submitted by sVfGI7Glt2pz7GZgVB90 on June 17, 2020, 9:09am When the lavish Blue Train arrives at Nice, a guard attempts to awaken the still Ruth Kettering from her slumbers, but she's been killed and her prized rubies are missing. The principal suspect is Ruth’s estranged husband, Derek. However Poirot is not certain, so he stages an uncanny reenactment of the voyage.
