You cannot go wrong submitted by seadocks on June 21, 2014, 6:11pm The best thing about the test kitchen books is that they always tell you how they found out what works best, this helps to guide you when you try to make changes to recipes you get from their books. They are basically telling you what not to try because they already did it and it didn't work. This is great for those of us that like to make a recipe exactly how the book shows, ONCE, then when we like to change it up a bit the next time we know where not to go with things. I love this aspect of the test kitchen series as it keeps the number of duds I produce to a minimum.
