In all of the books by Maj Lindman, a set of triplets encounters a challenging situation and rises to the occasion to resolve it. Snipp, Snapp, and Snurr are the male set of triplets in Lindman's books.
In this one, the boys build a chair for their mother.
The books emphasize courteous behavior without being smarmy or preachy. They also feature children with significant independence to roam the countryside and work with shop equipment.
