Awesome submitted by mtblischke on June 5, 2010, 6:47am This book is 100% awesome if you like to read Fantasy and Science-Fiction books.

Enjoyable submitted by 0liviap0pp on June 24, 2011, 2:16pm The Lost Colony is a great addition to the Artemis Fowl series. Artemis is slightly taken aback that there is another that might be equal to him. The demons add an interesting twist to the story as well.

Different submitted by faiyafrower on June 25, 2011, 5:21pm This was a great twist to the series, but I thought it was really different from the previous books in the series. The time travel didn't appeal to me as much, but it was still a great book.

Astounding submitted by Smileyfrowns on July 16, 2011, 12:17pm "The Lost Colony" is an amazing sequel to the Artemis Fowl books. This book has a plot that twists and turns, providing the reader with something new, everytime.

The Lost Colony submitted by Smiles on June 15, 2012, 1:50pm When demons begin appearing on Earth unpredictably, Artemis and a new foe--a twelve-year-old girl, Miranda--have to stop this catastrophe before humans see the demons.

Great submitted by Zhengyang1022 on June 18, 2012, 12:27pm This book was really really good, even though the ending is weird.

Minerva submitted by Commander Taffy on June 20, 2012, 7:42pm Finally a smart girl in the Artemis Fowl series who is not out to conquer the world! I mean, Opal Koboi is fine, but the whole "I will rule the world" thing gets old fast. Anyway, Minerva's goal is much more understandable.

Amazing submitted by Memoria1224 on June 28, 2012, 8:11pm This book is awesome. It has a lot of action and adventure in it.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! submitted by shalinigurl on July 3, 2012, 9:30pm I love this book! Artemis's girl genius competition is super cool too!

The young genius wins again! submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on August 20, 2012, 11:22am The adventures of Artemis Fowl, Captain Holly Short and their gang continue in this novel.
Although written for teens, adults will also enjoy all Eoin Culfer books. Culfer creates Artemis as a know-it-all super-smart ultra-rich kid who doesn't face the same limitations as us meer mortals, but this is in part to mock novels that really do create such characters in seriousness.
I love the tough Holly and her drive to solve the problems herself, no matter how small she is.
I also find the centaur computer geek hilarious.

(By the way, one pronounces Eoin as "Ian.")

I loved it! submitted by tjaworsk on July 10, 2013, 11:57am It was really, really awesome. My favorite part was imp n01 trips on his disguise. That was really funny.

Good submitted by zmclaugh on July 8, 2019, 7:24pm Some of the newer characters are pretty annoying, but if you're looking for more Artemis Fowl, this is where you're going to get it.
