While it does not provide any specifics or technical information, it will help you think about aspects of composure you might overlook when you first start out photographing with your telephoto lens. It was relatively quick and to the point with its information and my staying away from describing specific techniques or hardware, it has managed to stay relevant even though it is showing its age.
