Characters You Love and Hate submitted by Brad B. on March 3, 2009, 2:53pm This series is very creative. Mysterious, wizard wood crafted into items yields living creations (namely ships with living figureheads, but other things too). But, the consequences of creating a living ship are not so clear cut. Robin Hobbs does an amazing job of pulling off very complex, multifaceted characters you sometimes hate and sometimes love, and sometimes both. The story is good, but it’s the characters that are the shining point. You’ll keep reading just to see what happens to them. Each book gets better.

Another Tale From Robin Hobb submitted by yooth4556 on August 27, 2014, 11:13am Another tale, taken in the same world as the Farseer trilogy. This time ships wage war and a young woman tries to control a ship.

Great Series submitted by slugwhisperer on July 17, 2019, 5:24pm The series takes a turn.

Another fascinating series submitted by alharman1022 on July 16, 2023, 11:42am The characters you want to love and hate and all of the conflicting emotions
