Fun and helpful submitted by Steph on July 1, 2011, 9:36pm This book is great! The cute story about the penguins makes this an inviting read, but it isn't fluff, either. By portraying very human problems through a colony of penguins, the authors invite us in and keep us from getting defensive. The book outlines clear steps for embracing change and leading others to do the same. It's a short and sweet book with great illustrations and lessons.
