Wonderful submitted by willow on August 26, 2016, 10:45pm This is a wonderful and inspiring cookbook of a bakery that serves as a job training center to help immigrant women learn a trade. They bake breads from around the world to sell, and often bake at home too. There are a variety of enticing flatbreads, buns, and other treats inside. Very enjoyable.
