This book was great.
Persephone is always pretending to like the stuff her friends like out of fear of losing them.
Her mom is overprotective and barely even lets her have friends.
But then she meets god boy of the Underworld Hades, and she realizes that she's sick of pleasing everyone but herself.
5 stars.
