Great introductory book submitted by Ilyjtwya on June 21, 2012, 9:49pm I've read a few of Bart Ehrman's books, and I feel this one is a great start if you are a Christian who wants to learn more about the bible, and are worried about whether an author might be trying to talk you out of your faith. This particular book touches on the subjects of his other books, such as forgery, changes to the books over time, and alternative Christianities. I highly recommend this, and his other books.
