They'll show you how kids there - just like kids in so many other parts of the world - come from many cultures and have their own traditions, languages and beliefs . . . and yet, they are all 100% Filipino. Outstanding and really informative submitted by willow on July 29, 2016, 12:36pm The nation of the Phillipines is a fascinating and diverse one, which can make it sort of difficult to explain. This book, however, does an amazing job at highlighting the people, cultures, languages, food, and traditions of the Phillipines. Several "typical" children are described, and their lives investigated. The illustrations are charming and the content age appropriate and genuinely interesting. Highly recommended.

Nice format with the different cousins. submitted by tbbrown76 on August 21, 2017, 8:12am We get to learn about the whole country through their eyes. My favorite part was the good that volcanoes are in some cases.
