Delicioso submitted by Cihendricks on August 30, 2019, 12:02pm Having lived in the Euskal Herria, this book was a trip back to the streets of San Sebastian (home of pintxos) and Bilbao's Casco Viejo. The recipes are delicious, and they really do give you a taste of one of the world's best-kept secrets.
(Seriously, visit Spain's Basque Country; it is a gem.)
