Challenging book submitted by emetz on June 22, 2011, 8:46pm I hadn't heard of this missing body case before reading the book, but thought the author did a very good job interviewing and presenting the people invovled. He obviously grew to care for the people surrounding the disappearance of Eric which motivated his investigation. I'm headed to see what else I can read by this thought-provoking and challenging author.

well written account of a sad story submitted by Jackie77 on August 17, 2015, 11:30pm Great book. Documents crimes in small town in Michigan. Racism had a lot to do with this story. Ad never heard of these crimes before reading the book, nor anything afterwards either. Strange how some crimes never go away and some you never hear about at all. Well written.
