Great Book for Summer Meals! submitted by Beth Manuel on June 26, 2012, 10:14pm I've really enjoyed using this book for meal planning this summer! The chapters include courses such as appetizers & sides, soups, meat and fish dishes, breads, plus scrumptious and simple dressings. There are recipes for some delicious things to keep in your pantry, like lemon zest salt or pickled peppers. Recipes include some classics like Caesar or Greek salads in addition to some with meat or fish. It's worth a look if you like to eat salad as a meal!
