It is a very different sort of book than what you usually find, especially one on "interior decorating". I would say this book showcases homes of people from all over the world and what they do to make it work for them. There are stunning visuals accompanied by essays by the owners of these homes and tips for how to make your home more livable. I love the motto of this book, "interiors for slow living". Overall, this is a spectacular read that is inspiring and beautiful (the aesthetics of the homes are absolutely wonderful!). I highly recommend this to anyone interested in interior design or just how people around the world live differently. Give it a try!
