Yummy submitted by fka83111 on June 28, 2013, 6:26pm This is what we call a "one-pot" dish in Creole

So good I had to buy a copy for myself submitted by amym on August 19, 2018, 11:18pm I haven't made a single recipe from this book that I didn't love. Lots of the recipes are pretty heavy, though, so it I just use it a few times a month. Most of them also require a fair amount of prep work, but the results are definitely worth it.
