more restrictive than "FastDiet" submitted by camelsamba on July 28, 2016, 9:15pm I got this book because we were interested in eating more in line with the "Mediterranean way" and because I had read The FastDiet (by Michael Mosley and Mimi Spencer). Unfortunately, while _The FastDiet_ is fairly straightforward and easy to adopt, this author wants you to dive into something very complicated at the beginning. I suggest you read _FastDiet_ first to see if intermittent fasting is an approach you want to consider, and maybe come back to this one later.
