COMMUNITY REVIEWS

cool submitted by sauerr on July 7, 2011, 4:52pm good series

Good Final Book submitted by ldupuis44 on July 9, 2011, 10:05am I loved this book. It was fabulous and full of adventure and action.

C.S. Luis is your pusher submitted by ferdoble on July 31, 2011, 9:14pm The first book in this series is wonderful and imaginative. The following are still pretty good, but they get increasingly pushy on the religious front. By the end it just feels like I’m being yelled at by a priest, who is telling me to go to church.

The audio books were orinally narrated by Patrick Stuart, who does a fantastic job, I recommend them if you can find them.

end of the world submitted by mtrax on August 1, 2014, 9:02am This is an excellent conclusion to one of the best series every written.

Saturnine submitted by terpsichore17 on July 24, 2017, 10:27pm A heartbreaking and beautiful end. The task of writing the end times, making it more-or-less suitable for children, done gracefully? Such a huge task.

Strange submitted by zmclaugh on August 2, 2018, 5:37pm This is my least favorite in the series. Too heavy-handed with the allegory.

Loved It submitted by if2byu on July 14, 2019, 7:55pm This was a great way to finish the series! It was a fantastic book.

Meh submitted by Princess Cimorene on July 21, 2020, 12:14am I've read the first six books in the series many times, but I've only read this one once. This ending is not what I want from a fantasy series.

Great conclusion! submitted by KatieD on August 6, 2021, 3:28pm This book neatly wrapped up the Chronicles of Narnia in an unexpected way, but I thought it did it really well. The only thing I didn't like was that Susan didn't return.

Not the best of the series submitted by heapah on August 29, 2021, 9:41pm This book was my least favorite of the Chronicles of Narnia series as well. It's a tough series to wrap up suitably.

The Last Battle submitted by NiBo on June 20, 2023, 11:18pm This is probably my least favorite of the series. It's not bad, but it's also not great.
