COMMUNITY REVIEWS
if you like Ferdinand . . . submitted by FordAlpha on August 12, 2019, 10:26pm check out this lesser-known (though Caldecott Honor-winning) collaboration between author Munro Leaf and illustrator Robert Lawson. Like "The Story of Ferdinand", it's wry; the pen-and-ink illustrations depict the hero's comical struggles with dry humor. Alas, I can't guarantee that your kids will like it. Mine weren't interested.
