Great book submitted by ferdoble on August 1, 2011, 7:28pm I've read a lot of early reader books and most of them are pretty well trash. most authors feel that they need to tell a bad story because they need to keep the language simple for the early reader. NOT Doreen Cornin. this book was great.

It also had some excellent vocab building built right into the story.

and as if that were not enough the book is absolutely littered with great illustrations.

Please give this book to your kid, it may make a reader of them.
