I like it! submitted by purplewaves on June 15, 2018, 7:35pm The tone of this is less condescending than other workbooks in the same vein. I think my favorite part is the exercises at the beginning that help you "get" the foundation upon which ACT is built. "Language causes suffering" made zero sense to me and almost sounded hokey, but the examples were simple and effective. The book works for anyone who's suffering.
