Supple Leopard - Dense submitted by MJAnnArbor57 on January 20, 2024, 11:32am A very dense book, both in terms of information and its actual weight. More geared toward physical therapists. I'm very much into physical movement - boxing, basketball, rock climbing, dancing. I was hoping for some nuggets to integrate into an already engaged physical life. Instead, I found a very thick manual of exercises and diagnostic tools that would be impossible to integrate into my overly busy life. I would have needed months to begin absorbing even a fraction of the information and exercises in this book. If you have a very specific and already identified pain you want to work, however, this book could be very useful. You could go right to that section. I did find a few nuggets that I found informative, but I ended up returning it after only a day.
