Great healthy vegan recipes submitted by mdbowen on June 18, 2012, 7:40am Isa does it again! The week I got this book, I made at least 3-4 recipes from it. This one is a little different from Isa's previous books like Veganomicon, in that the recipes are lower in fat and a bit healthier. One of the things that's great about this book in addition to the healthy recipes is that most of the recipes are designed to be fairly easy and cheap to make. Excellent for a vegan on a budget!
Fast and delicious food submitted by wellscai on August 12, 2018, 12:24pm There are several recipes in this book that are my go-to standbys for a quick and healthy dinner. My biggest issue with most vegan cookbooks is the complicated nature of some of the recipes. Isa's voice comes through throughout the book, and everything I've made so far has been delicious! Just remember to factor the chopping of various ingredients into the prep time. There is a LOT of chopping.
