Good Classic submitted by hahahame on July 24, 2017, 6:35pm A bit repetitive in the plot, but this is a good translation and I enjoyed the story.

It's not just a minivan submitted by thesrays on August 12, 2018, 2:35pm Featuring themes of perseverance, vengeance, human folly, and divine intervention...Homer's story finds resonance with the human experience, making is a true classic.

An update. Since reading the Stanley Lombardo translation, I greatly prefer it to this one.

Classic adventure submitted by lstorc on August 28, 2018, 6:40pm This is still one of the best adventure stories of all time! It definitely leads the way too many artists' works today. The part with the Cyclops never gets old.

The Best Version submitted by ks2345 on August 20, 2022, 10:30am Really liked it!

Excellent translation submitted by Helengio on August 21, 2023, 8:43pm This is a great translation of the Greek epic.
