Meat-centric recipes with the usual ATK complications

This book is mostly beef and pork recipes as they decided vegetables shouldn't be cooked in a pressure cooker. So get ready for pot roast.
They also require you to have several timers running and other things that remove the air of simplicity from popping something in the pressure cooker and, mere minutes later, finding dinner ready. (They do not like the “keep warm” feature.)
Oh well.
It was a nice fantasy.
Try "Hip Pressure Cooking" or other AADL-owned pressure cooker cookbooks for a more expansive idea of cooking in yours.
