Another book about how great the French are
submitted by willow on July 13, 2015, 12:21pm
If you are tired of hearing about how the French have it all figured out, this might not be the book for you.
If you find it irritating to read a book in English by an American that includes an unnecessary and excessive use of French words, when a perfectly good English word exists (like "shop-keeper"), this might not be the book for you.
If you are troubled by a religious-like devotion to traditional food techniques, this might not be the book for you.
However, if you do like reading about how everything the French do is perfect and delicious, this might be the book for you.
Also, if you'd like to read in detail about how eating lots of cheese and sweets is perfectly healthy, this might be the book for you. This was, in fact, my favorite part.
