Chinese food submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 27, 2019, 10:43pm I'm Chinese and I must say that a lot of the recipes from this book are tweaked a little to fit the tastes of American people. Not really authentic Chinese food if that's what you're looking for but the results are still yummy.
